The church and its contents are recorded in standard categories:

| 100 | Metalwork |
| 200 | Stonework |
| 300 | Woodwork |
| 400 | Textiles |
| 500 | Paintings |
| 600 | Library |
| 700 | Windows |
| 800 | Miscellaneous |
Writing Up, for each item documented:
- Description
- Material
- Date
- Measurements, height, width, depth in cm. weight in g.
- Artist, Architect, Designer, Sculptor, Woodworker etc.
- Manufacturer or Retailer
- History of item or family, if relevant
- Donor and date of gift
- Memorial inscription or dedication
- References

Unfortunately, the earlier recorded churches (Aston Ingham, Hope Mansell, Foy and Sellack) were not documented using digital photography, and showing examples from their records on the website is not practical.
